Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements according to the terms specified in those agreements. Certain obligations, including confidentiality and payment obligations, survive termination.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
